Build a content calendar in 1 hour

A content calendar isn't a management tool: it's an anti-burnout device. When you know what you're publishing next Monday, you stop improvising your evenings away. Here's how to build yours in one hour, for a whole month.

Minute 0–10: your 3 pillars

Pick three content families, no more: for example “tutorials” (you teach), “opinions” (you take a stand), “behind the scenes” (you show). Three pillars are enough to feed the algorithm variety without diluting your positioning.

Minute 10–30: the 3-2-1 method

Per week: 3 pieces from your main pillar, 2 from the second, 1 from the third. Six videos a week is the rhythm of growing accounts (why that frequency). List topics in bursts — the idea generator produces thirty in five minutes if you're stuck.

Minute 30–45: locking the slots

Set your slots once and for all based on your niche (the right times per platform) and don't touch them again: consistency beats slot-level optimization.

Minute 45–60: batch produce and schedule

A listed topic isn't a made video. The batching technique + AI production change the equation: you describe your six topics for the week in the chat, the videos generate, and the Chatedits calendar schedules them into their slots. The hour is up, the month is full.

The 20% free rule

Keep one unplanned slot per week for hot news or the trend of the moment — that's often the one that explodes. The calendar provides the base; spontaneity keeps the channel alive.

A month of content, planned in an hour.
